Wandsworth Dental Centre takes complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible
in the first instance, the best way is to talk to reception staff verbally, If this is a simple case, we deal with it very quickly. However you might be asked sometimes to put your complaints in writing.
When you complain both verbally or in writing please let us know:
- the reason you are complaining
- What happened
- When it happened
- How you would like the complain to be resolved
